The Westminster High Streets Programme seeks to improve our high streets to make them more resilient, vibrant and diverse.

In 2023, we launched the Programme in the area of Paddington and Bayswater, including Edgware Road, Praed Street, Queensway, Westbourne Grove and local centres in between.

<h1>PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT - Summer 2023</h1>We held our first phase of public engagement in
Paddington-Bayswater from June to September 2023.&nbsp;The aims of the engagement were to:<ul type="disc"><li>understand how you feel and what you value most on your local high street</li><li>identify what you consider as key opportunities and challenges</li><li>prioritise actions for investment</li><li>build long-term partnerships to support the development of the programme.</li></ul>Three methods were used to hear your views about
